Exchange and return policy

We seek to make your shopping experience easy and convenient, so we offer you an exchange policy that you can deal with ease, noting that all our products are non-returnable and are only exchanged according to the following conditions:

1- The customer has the right to exchange the product within five days from the date of receiving the product, and he/she is not entitled to exchange/return the product after this period.

2- To exchange the product, the product must be in its original condition and its new packaging with the presence of the purchase invoice, and the customer bears the cost of shipping the exchange of the product.
